| Sep 7, 2011 | Holy Spirit Haiti Mission has been awarded a grant from Catholic Relief Services (CRS) for $10,000
to begin a Vocational Technical School at the Little Brothers of St. Therese Monastery in
Palmiste au Vin, Haiti. The creation of a Vo-Tech school in Palmiste au Vin will be a very
positive economic step for that region. It will provide a purpose and goal for many of the
young adults, teaching them skills in carpentry and electronics that will better their lifestyle.
Haiti has a great need for this type of facility.
